reflecting on my experience

This kind of reflection is quite impressive. One of the most meaningful things I noticed during the process is that observing someone or something could help enhance memory. I remember that when I was in secondary school and high school, I had much more better memory than now, because I need to remember lots of knowledge in my mind in order to get higher scores.
When you observe something, you have to concentrate on and use several parts of your body to remember the feeling. In addition, as an observer, you are an outsider of a certain thing, so your perspectives and attitudes toward the observation are more objective and stable. There are some different between observing strangers and people I know well. I should pay more attention when I was observing the strangers since I could not predict what will happen in the next minute so I could not distract. However, while I was observing the people I know well, I could predict something, and the prediction is quite accurate. Although I was an outsider when I observed the people I know well, I still feel that I was an insider in the observation, since I used my emotions and my understanding of the person to think and observe. I do believe the researcher should try to avoid those things.
